How to Register & Activate Your Account:
If you're the first time to use the website, just open the link: my.healthequity.com.
Click ‘Create user name and password’ located under the message ‘Are you a member logging in for the first time?’
Enter the verification image code that appears on the screen.
Enter your personal information (first name, last name, zip code and birth date) and click ‘Next.’
Enter the last four digits of your social security number and the last four digits of your debit card number.
Enter a phone number for verification, select ‘Text Me’ or ‘Call Me’ and then click ‘Next.’ You will receive a call or text with a temporary password.
Enter the password and click ‘Next.’ After entering the passcode correctly, you can set up your account username and password.
How to Login and Manage Your HealthEquity Account Online:
On the main page, click the "LOGIN" button.
On the new page, provide your username, password and press Log-In button.
After login, you can see the dashboard that provides you with all of the information you need to manage and build your health savings. It provides you a user-friendly interface for easy, self-service account management. Hover your mouse over the tabs to view the list of sub-menu options. Clicking on a specific link will take you directly to the desired page.
